What Causes Light Vaginal Bleeding During Pregnancy?
I am 28yrs old 5'5 in height and I weigh 194lbs. I am 11 weeks and 7 days pregnant and I noticed some light bleeding when I went to the restroom this afternoon. I have had bleeding earlier in my pregnancy and the doctors assured me everything was fine. I had a recent u/s at 9 weeks with a heartbeat of 168bpm. The bleeding was light in color and not heavy at all. Should I be seriously concerned about a miscarriage?

Hi, I have gone through your question and understand your concerns. Bleeding in early pregnancy can be due to threatened or missed abortion, bleeding around the fetus( subchorionic haemorrhage) or due to any local lesions in cervix or vagina.
I would suggest you to get a ultrasound done to confirm the diagnosis and get properly examined by an OBGYN specialist. Further management should be done accordingly.
