What Causes Light Vaginal Bleeding Post An Abortion?

hi, I had an abortion w/ the pills on 2/16 and on 3/5 I had what I thought was my regular period, however it was lighter, on 4/12 I had a positive pregnancy test, my dr ordered a blood work on 4/13 my hcg was 114 and on 4/15 drop to 92. could it be tissues from the first pregnancy or a new pregnancy?

Hi I think it can be a new pregnancy. Generally the urine pregnancy test becomes negative after one month of abortion. So, I think it was a new one and a biochemical pregnancy or you had an early miscarriage. You can take some medicines like tranexamic acid to stop the bleeding if heavy. Otherwise you wait for the periods. Hope it helps.
