Im ketty,i had an ectopic pregnancy. After 6 months my husband and i had an intercourse and he did not discharge in me. I expected my menstration on the 11th of october and was missed. After a week or two i did my pregnancy test and was negative. Later on the 24th day of that same month i experienced a light spotting till the 28th,did another pregnancy test negative.im abdominal gas and a little back pain. Im worry i dont know wat to do and the test is still negative

These are not sure signs of pregnancy. You can simply go for a beta-HCG to test to confirm whether you are pregnant or not. It could be a minor spotting and will settle by itself.
No definite treatment is required. You can take antacids like Omeprazole or Pantoprazole for bloating.
