What Causes Light Vaginal Bleeding With Dizziness And Back Pain?

I had unprotected sex (pull out method) during ovulation and now I am about 4 days late. I am regular and have my period on the normal 28 day cycle. I have been experiencing symptoms like lower back pain..nausea...tiredness...dizzy...and my breasts feel full. A couple days ago I had a pinkish discharge and i thought my period was coming. The day after, I started bleeding but then stopped a couple hours later. When I woke up this morning I was bleeding again and this time it was bright red and it is not looking like my normal period. Could this be implantation bleeding? Could I be pregnant?

Hi there, I have understood your concern. I will suggest you the best possible treatment options.

1 ) First of all do not panic.

2 ) To clear the dilemma about pregnancy, I will suggest you to get morning's first sample of urine tested for pregnancy. In case of doubt blood beta HCG test and USG will be of help.

3 ) As you might be aware that even with withdrawal method, there is possibility of sperms getting transferred as pre ejaculation secretions is known to contain some sperms.
And pre ejaculation secretions get deposited without any voluntary efforts

4 ) If your pregnancy test is negative, then you need not worry about the pregnancy.

Even if you are pregnant, you can opt for termination of the pregnancy with medicines safely till 9 weeks of pregnancy under medical supervision.

5 ) I will suggest you to get proper sex counselling done. Use of suitable contraceptive method like condom, will help you to prevent unwanted pregnancy and STDs.
