What Causes Light Vaginal Bleeding, sore Breasts And Dizziness?
I normally have my period very 30 to 31 one days and they are always heavy with lower back pain aND bad cramps.. This last period was three day early and very light and lasted about three days and then some spotting. Didn t have any cramping or sore breast like a normal period. I have been experiencing fatigue, leg pain, head aches and dizziness, lower back pain and like light cramping. I am taking advocare so I should have energy but I just dont. I took a pregnancy test two days ago and it was negative. If I m not pregnant, what else could it be? Thank you.

General & Family Physician, Dr. Vasudha's Response
Hi,
Even if you are pregnant, the test would be +be after 8 days delay in expected periods. It can be pregnancy or hormonal imbalance due to recent physical or emotional stress/ovarian or thyroid problems / PCOS) Consult a gynecologist if pregnancy test done turns negative.
Thank you. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.
