What Causes Light Vaginal Discharge Along With Itching In Breasts?

Very light pink vaginal discharge with sore itchy breasts. Had a d&c 5 weeks ago. Haven't gotten my period yet. Took a first response pregnancy test that shows a faint positive line but clear blue digital said not pregnant. What's going on? Am I pregnant or not?
