What Causes Light Vaginal Spotting,breast Soreness And Facial Acne?

My period was due recently, the week before I was really bloated with sore breasts and crazy dreams!. I sometimes get sore breasts but not always, and they get better the day my period starts. But this time of my period the bleeding was very light, and only for a couple days, as well no clots or cramps. I m usually a heavy bleeder with strong cramps and my period lasts a week. The spotting has stopped, my boobs are still sore, and I m having a watery discharge. As well my face is a lovely mask of acne! I took a test this morning at home and it was a very faint positive line. Took a different brand of test a few hours later and no line. I feel spacey and irritable. What are the chances I m pregnant?
