What Causes Light, Watery Bleeding In Between Periods Post Tubal Ligation?
I had a bilateral tubal ligation 9/22/06 immediately following cesarean at 26 years old. My last period started 1/29/16. I had moderate pink watery bleeding on days 18-21 of my cycle and light staining on day 23. Normally 28 day cycles. No pain, no vaginal dryness, no cramps. What could cause this?

Light watery bleeding in your case is due to tubal ligation as uterus movement during surgery produce mild bleeding.
It will disappear after 6-8 week after body adaptation to hormonal changes
Also note that other reasons
1. High level of stress
2. Change in life style
3. Drugs: Birth control pills, tyroid medication, Excessive tea and caffeine
4. Hormonal imbalance
5. Enometriosis, polyp
6. Pre cancerous conditions of cervix
7. PCOS
Do regular walking
Eat healthy diet
Start relaxation exercise
Also note that
Menstruation required co ordinate action of various hormone that secreted by ovary (estrogen and progesterone) and brain (FSH and LH).
If any above hormone is decreased or increased there is imbalance in menstruation.
So please do full hormonal profile : Estrogen, progestron, LH, FSH, HCG and thyroid hormone.
That help to diagnose hormonal imbalance.
After confirmation you can take treatment according So please go ahead.
