What Causes Lightheadedness And Dizziness After Blood Transfusion?

Hi, I had a blood transfusion of two units two weeks ago due to anaemia, no confirmed reason for that as of yet but I ve been feeling light=headed and dizzy,needing naps to re charge, feeling more cold than I had been and have noticed some tiny red spots appearing on my body - concerned. BTW I hve gne to gp who told me it takes time to get used to donation.

Blood transfusion had a reactions like hypersensitivity also hyperpyrexia
Anyhow hypersensitivity need immediate treatment with steriod and chlorphainaramine and stop transfusion.
