What Causes Lightheadedness And Frequent Faint Feeling?
I have a fitbit HR. a few times I have noticed while at my desk at work, I get faint? - I fight to prevent my eyes from rolling back, Im lightheaded etc. Im not bored at the time, actually a few times I have been particularly interested in the discussion but Im fighting to stay upright. I have noticed that at the same time I am having these spells my resting heart rate is about the same as it is when I am in REM sleep as logged by my fitbit. should I be worried??
by the description of your symptoms you are having pre syncopal symptoms with varied heart rate... finding out the cause is very important at this juncture..the important thing is how frequent your episodes are and another thing is whether you are taking any medications for any other ailments... whatever is the cause you heart activity has to be monitored by baseline electrocardiogram and 24 hours ecg because heart is one of the main cause for these symptoms ... you need to consult your general practitioner first who will record your blood pressure and do necessary tests as mentioned above...hope this information is helpful to you... may I know if you have any other queries... have a healthy life..
