What Causes Lightheadedness And Nausea In The GI Area?
I have been experiencing for the past two week of lightheadness and nausea in the GI area...it has been ongoing....sometimes it will gradually go away for a day then it will come back again....I am 5ft 3 and I am over 250lbs....does it have to do with my eating habits?
Dear i can understand your concern . I would like to inform you that nausea and lightheadedness in stomach area is suggestive of more acid formation in your stomach . It may be because of your eating habits such as more spicy and fried items. My be associated with drinking alcohol etc. One very common cause is frequent use of painkillers . Try to maintain healthy life style and avoid alcohol if any. You can take antacids if needed . Hope this will help you . If you have any other concerns please feel free to message me . Thanks for contacting HCM .
