What Causes Lightheadedness And Nausea In The GI Area?

I have been experiencing for the past two week of lightheadness and nausea in the GI area...it has been ongoing....sometimes it will gradually go away for a day then it will come back again....I am 5ft 3 and I am over 250lbs....does it have to do with my eating habits?

Dear i can understand your concern .
I would like to inform you that nausea and lightheadedness in stomach area is suggestive of more acid formation in your stomach . It may be because of your eating habits such as more spicy and fried items.My be associated with drinking alcohol etc.
One very common cause is frequent use of painkillers .
Try to maintain healthy life style and avoid alcohol if any.
You can take antacids if needed .
