I was diagnosed with valley fever over a year ago and was on fluconazol for over 6 months. However 7 months later I find myself becoming easily light headed and physical exercise (running) easily causes my lungs to feel tight and I get very light headed

Hello
For Valley fever you are taking fluconazole for 6 months and now ( 7 months after treatment ) feeling light headedness, tightness of the lungs .
Fluconazole is an anti fungal drug and its side effects are HEADACHE , nausea, G I disturbance , abnormalities of liver enzymes but if taken in large doses may cause alopecia.
In your case light headed may be due to side effects , so also tight ness in lungs ( but not a direct side effect ).
So bronchoconstirction may be the reason of such tightness in lungs.
So consult your treating physician and get his opinion for tightness in lungs .
