What Causes Lightheadedness And Sore Throat?
I am feeling extremely lightheaded/dizzy, have a sore throat (started yesterday), but I also drank a lot yesterday----haven t been this dizzy for this amount of time...ever. Not sure if it is from the alcohol ? or what? I don t have any other hangover type symptoms but I did drink appx 8 beers in about 3 hours, but was in bed by 11pm---it s now 4:30pm the following day and I am so dizzy I can t drive....or even barely walk.

Alcohol causes hypoglycemia which could be the cause of lightheadedness.Eating sugar/glucose is the fastest way to elevate your sugar at this point..
