What Causes Lightheadedness And Tiredness?

I have been feeling lightheaded and tired for about a week now and I have tried to make a doctors appointment but they haven t gotten back to me yet. As stated before this started last week as a headache and I took aspirin and it went away.I have had some ear pain in my left ear but that s also gone now.I was just wandering if I should go to the hospital?
