What Causes Lightheadedness, Crossed Eyes And Dizziness When Diagnosed With Anxiety?

I ve been feeling a little lightheaded at times, feels like I am going cross eyed at times or I have to squint my eyes to adjust my sight. Also I feel a slight dizzy sensation going on with me. I do have anxiety and it is pretty hot where I am. So I m not sure its that. Also I have a feeling it might be caffeine. Please help I cannot really tell.

General & Family Physician 's  Response
HI, thanks for using healthcare magic

Anxiety can cause a host of symptoms but other causes of your symptoms should be considered first.
If it is very hot and you are not using enough fluids then this can cause your symptoms.

You can try increasing your fluid intake and see if this has an effect.

If there is no change then you may need to see your doctor for assessment.

I hope this helps
