What Causes Lightheadedness, Dizziness And Arm Pain?

I woke up light headed and dizzy. During the night my arm went to sleep and ached badly. This morning I threw up a little and after breakfast again. I layed down later fell asleep. I feel a little better this afternoon. I am 55 years on highblood pressure tablets but otherwise healthy. Thank yyou

All your symptoms you experienced last night and this morning are indicating possible stroke.
Better go to ER for immediate evaluation.
Do monitor your blood pressure, record the results for reference.
