What Causes Lightheadedness, Dizziness And Rapid Heart Beat?

my blood pressure is 106 /66 pulse 85 , lightheaded . I have chronic dizziness for past 2 years doctor presc meds..none have worked . latest presc dipyridamole. head is pulsating but no headache. feel rapid heart beat. Been trying to get diagnosed for 2 years..blood test normal

Hello, sorry you aren't feeling well.
Your complaints could be caused by dipyridamole. Dizziness, low blood pressure etc. are some of the side effects of this medications. I advise you to talk to your physician for a review. Best regards
