What Causes Lightheadedness, Headache, Stomach Ache And Dizziness?
Hi. Last night I started feeling really lightheaded and dizzy. I threw up tried to eat and couldn t. Today I m feeling worse headache stomach ache dizzy and lightheaded. Again have tried to eat and been pushing liquids not sure what s going on but it s a feeling I never had before

Do a pregnancy test first. The vomiting and lightheadedness may be caused by pregnancy. If it is negative then a gastrointestinal infection is possible. Take Metoclopramide and try to increase water intake to keep hydrated.
