What Causes Lightheadedness, Loss Of Vision, Dizziness And Heart Palpitation?

These symptoms came on all at the same time and out of no where. Lightheadedness Loss of vision Dizziness Loss of hearing\ ringing in ears Nauseous Feeling of passing out Rapid heartbeat Stomach pain Its gone now beside the dizziness. But these symptoms didn t last very long. What could it be.

Hi Sir/Madam.

Welcome to HCM.

I understand your concern.

Many of your symptoms are possibly related underlying cardiovascular issues.

These issues can be caused by high blood pressure. Elevated blood pressures can lead to conditions like Transient ischemic attacks in the brain.

For this I advise you to get a CT scan of the brain and a baseline ECG and 2D echo.

Treatment with suitable antihypertensive drugs will ameliorate most of your symptoms.

Maintain blood pressures Under 130/80 mm of hg.

Further management is based on the test results.
