What Causes Lightheadedness, Nausea, Dizziness And Extreme Fatigue?

My husband has been having some strange feelings. He feels normal when he is laying down or sitting but as soon as he stands up he is light headed, dizzy, stomach feels nausias, and very tired. We were at the ER 2 days ago and they did blood work which all came back fine, EKG came back fine. Any idea what could be going on would really help right now, we are at a loss

Well come to HCM
I really appreciate your concern, it may not be due to any disease still it need to be investigate and better test would be CT of brain, and better to get it done just for safe side else this is nothing to worry, hope this information helps, take care and have a nice day.
