What Causes Lightheadedness, Occassional Headaches, Heart Racing?
I feel light headed like im gonna pass out when i stand up and i get very hot. I have been having headaches but not everyday. I feel like im gonna vomit when i get light headed and im very shakey, not on the outside, just feel like it. It also feels like my heart is beating a hundred miles an hour.

Possible causes like hypertension must be ruled out. Check your blood pressure and a complete blood count is also required as conditions like anemia can cause similar symptoms.
