What Causes Lightheadedness, Shivering And Dry Mouth?

Hello, I just had a quick question....I had a weird episode last night. I woke up feeling strange,,a bit light headed, weak in the knees, nauseous and severe dry mouth. I had some milk and then layed down. I then experienced some shakiness or tremors, like shivering that won t stop for about 20 minutes or so...then the eposide subsided. I was thinking I either had low blood sugar or low blood pressure?

Hi,
From history it seems that you had this episode at late night and it was relieved after taking some milk it indicates that there might be having hypoglycemia i.e. low blood sugar giving this problem.
Take a cup of milk before going to bed.
Ok and take care.
