What Causes Lightheadedness Upon Standing, Fatigue And Tremors?

I already know I have mild anemia. I moved from Michigan to Florida. I ve been here 2 months. During these months, I have had symptoms of anemia every day: lightheaded after standing, fatigue, shakes, etc. Should I move back to Michigan where the climate isn t so bad for anemia???

I have gone through your concern in depth .

@ Anemia is due to lack of iron in diet in majority of the cases , climate has
not major contributions usually , so changing location will not alter
anemia
@ Symptoms may be due to - postural hypotension from variety of reasons
- cerebral perfusion related issues - anemia ( contributory ) - others
