What Causes Lightheadedness, Vomiting And Lot Of Sweating?
I was outside for about 4 hours in 90 degree weather. I had not eaten anything before or during the day. I experienced being very light headed, the need to vomit, and sweating a lot. I am still very light headed and very hot. Do I need to see a doctor right away or what should I do?
This is obvious, if you had not taken anything orally and was under heat for so prolonged time, then it is obvious that you will get hypoglycemia and dehydrated.
Hypoglycemia can cause sweating and weakness. Same goes for dehydration also.
Never does this again because you may have undergone sun stroke, be careful about it. Always take any fruit juice or soda water for refreshing.
Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
