What Causes Lightheadedness With A History Of Peripheral Artery Disease?

I have lightheadedness while eating sometime almost to the point of feeling I may faint, also I have it sometime when not eating. I have had catheter ablation in 2011 for afib, and take Multaq for tackycardia. I have 3 heart stents 11 years ago, and peripheral artery disease with 2 leg stents 11 years ago. I take Crestor and Zetia and Metoprolol

Your blood pressure may be dropping when you eat causing your symptoms. You need to see your cardiologist right away. They may need to adjust your medications or do further testing.
