What Causes Lights Flashing On Side Of Eyes With Stiff Neck?

what are lights flashing on side of eyes when neck is held stiff on either or both side. they can be horizontal like a shape or size of finger or also jagged like bolt of electricity lasting only a second because I straightend myself up right away Can you help!!! and Thank you................

This could be just a normal floaters.. Nothing to worry about that..
But if you are a myope or if the flashes of light are consistent and remain for few seconds do consult an ophthalmologist for peripheral retinal evaluation to rule out any retinal tears..
