What Causes Limping Motion In The Leg Post A Knee Replacement Surgery?

I had a left knee replacement done January 2014. Since then when I walk both legs are not straight so I walk with a bending motion. I ve had x-rays of hips and pelvis and results were normal. The hardware in left knee is good. If I stand in one position too long my thighs in both legs tighten up and I have to sit. If I walk too long then I experience burning sensation in one or both hips. My last MRI of lumbar spine in 2013 showed arthritis in lower spine. I do not have a credit card to pay.

General Surgeon 's  Response
‭Hi,
Thanks for the query.
It could be due to ligament or tendon injury following the procedure.
If symptoms persist it will be better to opt for an MRI.
Wishing all the best.
Thanks
