What Causes Linear Scar In The Lingula?

I had a chest xray and it said no active pulomonary disase. but it showed a linear scar in the lingula? I had a tine test when I was young that I reacted to and the doc said not to do that again because it may cause scarring? Is this something to follow-up on?
