Hi
Thank you for asking HCM.
I have gone through your query. Cottage cheese like can be most likely due to yeast infection. A swab test will be helpful to rule out the condition. Clotrimazole cream application will be helpful to get rid off this. Clotrimazole cream ( monistat ) is available as over the counter also. If that is not helping then oral fluconazole weekly once will be helpful. You can also use intimate wash regularly to normalize vaginal bacterial flora and PH which will help you prevent getting infections.
Hope this may help you. Let me know if anything not clear.
Thanks.
