Hello i used to have a little little boil on my penis. They are not painful. They come and go from time to time. Meanwhile before they come, i used to have.burning sensation on my skin. These sensation may come on my lap, sometimes on my feet. When the sensations disappears, the small boils will appear on my penis and i use my hand to destroy them and they go. Pls doc what is this.
The most probable causes is herpes zoster or simplex. You have to photograph the lesions daily when they occur and consult your dermatologist when they appear. This will confirm the diagnosis and get you treated specifically. Allergy to something that you ear, drink or apply locally. Careful observation can help you to find the instigating or enhancing factors and you can avoid all these. Prevention is better than cure.
