What Causes Little Bumps On Scalp, Back Of Knees, Stomach And Arms?

I keep breaking out in a little bumps or lines on my scalp back of my knees, back sometimes, stomach and arms. Like little hives that are red and super itchy out of no where. What is causing this? I m not doing anything different?? Sometimes they go away and other times I have to take Benedryl. What s happening?

- Do these look like bug bites? It is possible that you may have bed bugs or something like it biting you at home. These are extremely itchy bites that can look like hives. Look up pictures of bed bug bites to compare. You can take an anti-histamine like cetirizine to decrease the itching and use Lacto Calamine lotion to soothe the skin. If you do have bed bugs, you may need to call a pest control expert to help you out.
