Dear HCM user

It seems you are sleeping more than usual and have fatigue. If it persists please get your routine blood tests like CBC, LFT,RFT done to rule out any common cause of such weakness. Also get your thyroid done as hypothyroidism may lead to such symptoms. Nutrional deficiencies also cause such lethargy. Sometimes body reacts to stress in this way and there maybe nothing to worry about. It may dissipate on its own. I hope you are eating healthy and not abusing any substance.
