Hi,I am Dr. Shanthi.E (General & Family Physician). I will be looking into your question and guiding you through the process. Please write your question below.
Recently I ve been having more frequently loose bowel movements, but not really diarrhea. I have cramps and nausea at the same time. Seems to be worse in the morning. This morning I had vomiting once while having a movement. No food or drainage in the vomit.
The most common cause of loose motion with vomiting is food related. If the hygiene is not maintained properly or there is more frequent consumption of outside food the risk becomes much more.
The second possible cause is incomplete absorption. In case you are beyond 30 years of age and have history of nutritional deficiency despite eating adequate there is high possibility of malabsorption syndrome.
I hope this helps you. If you have more questions feel free to write back to me. Thanks and regards.
