What Causes Loose Green Stools, Sore Throat And Loss Of Appetite?

I have not been feeling well the last 3 days. Symptoms are increasing in number and strength. I have green stool-loose, sore throat, mild headache, nausea, loss of appetite. Not sure if virus. I don t want to spend money to go to dr for a virus they can t do anything for.

Viral infection is most likely. There are severe viral infections that require treatment but most are mild.

The green stool is because they are loose. Normally the bile in the stool changes as it passes through the bowel. If the bowel movements are more frequent than usual then the bile has no time to undergo its normal changes.

Using fluids, rest, paracetamol would help.
If the nausea is severe, you can consider pepto bismol or dramamine.
