What Causes Loose Motion And Gastric Problem In Pregnancy?

i have 6th month pregnancy ongoing.today in morning i m suffering by loosemotion,little vomate n gastric trouble.i have taken one dose of buscopan and one dose of an antibiotic.getting little relife but later again i got vomet n loose stool............so personaly i met physician n he prescribed ceftas-200,zinetac-300mg,svizera,metrogyl-200,and anesthetic antacid gel n electral.i have just taken electral n after that i have relief n not gone to wash room .will u please suggest me what medicine i should take as i m pregnan not want to have much medicine n wanna to have healthy baby n myself too.......

Dear madam,I understand your concern.In my opinion there might be some gastrointestinal (GI) infection along with gastritis.Gastritis is routinely seen in pregnancy due to hormones in pregnancy and also due to iron supplements in pregnancy.GI may be due to eating outside unhygienic food or improperly cooked or stored food esp non veg.So check the above things and avoid them.Take adequate fluids,fruit juices. Bland diet for 2 days.You can take antacid gel and electral powder.If decreased with these no need of antibiotics like ceftas and metrogyl.If not decreasing and if any fever you can take any one of the above antibiotic.Dont worry.
