What Causes Loose Motion And Vomiting With Fever?

my age is 43 last 10 days ago I developed motions vomitings with fever.Icounsulted doctor immeadiatly. He priscribed ofloxacinwith ornidazole, Sporlac Pan-D,P-500 for 5days.vomitings and fever controlled on next day only .weused oflox-oz for 3 days and stooped because constipation occurs. after2 days agian motions started. this time doctor asked to take sporlac plus cap& pan40.andial tablets also we are using.in the stomach sounds are coming.gas was accumilating.Iam taking controlled diet. I am taking rice with curd,coconut water,idly only.Now also iam having 3To 4 motions.After motion iam getting so much of weakness. kindly tell me wat is my disease and what medicane and diet i have to take

Thanks for the query, it might be the case of amebiosis or some infection in the stomach.
Better you get stool routine and microscopy done to rule these causes.
Stop taking tab. Andial if stool sre not very frequent and watery.
Tab. Andial(loperamide) will give some symptomatic relief only but does not treat the cause itself.
