General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,
I had gone through your query and understand your concern.

Oral Rehydration solution will help to control loose motion. It may be due to some sort of food poisoning as you both have developed same symptoms. Drinking warm water will help.

It is advisable to consult your doctor as loose stools for 20 times will leads electrolyte imbalance and dehydration.

Hope this helps.

If you have any other queries, feel free to ask.

Regards,
Dr.Prathap Kumar
