I am almost 80 yrs. old and I find my scrotum is hanging so that I have to partially stand when having a stool to keep clear of the water in the toilet. I am medicating for ED and diabetes. I also follow a Metamucil regimen. What can be the problem?
Dear Sir, The scrotum is surrounded by dartos muscle which can shrink and relax according to external temperature. Physiologically its to keep scrotum at a lower temperature to aid in sperm production. My opinion that your problem is because of the age factor. I don't think you need to get stressed about it..
