What Causes Loose Stools And Bleeding, Stinging Pain While Urination And Sleeplessness?
I am a 20 year old man and for the last few months I have consistently been having loose stools sometimes spotting blood in the loo and on the paper. I have tried changing my diet and nothing has changed. I have also notice that although I become very tired as if fatigued I can t sleep. Also in the last few days I have started to notice a slight sting when I urinate and for some time after. This is adding to, my worry.

The loose stools and bleeding and urinary problems need further investigation with stool and urine cultures to look for infection as well as possible sigmoidoscopy to rule out some type of colitis. A gastroenterologist would be very helpful for these symptoms
