I always feel full hardly ever hungry only eat because I have to but no matter what I eat it effects my stomach some how I sometimes get loose stools or sometimes constipation and bloated all the time too I don t know what to do about it can you help me at all.
Understanding your concern. As per your query you are having symptoms of loose stools and constipation after having food which could be due to many reasons such as
-irritable bowel syndrome
-poor absorption and inadequate digestion of food.
Need not to worry. You should start with drinking a lot of water , do light exercises and avoid fatty and heavy meals. Avoid intake of outside food. I would suggest you to consult gastroenterologist for proper examination. Doctor may order colonoscopy or other tests to look for blockages in your colon , barium studies and blood test for hormonal changes. Doctor may prescribe fiber supplement psyllium, calcium polycarbophil , osmotic laxatives , stool softeners and medicine to reduce acidity.
Hope your concern has been resolved.
