What Causes Loose Stools While Having Gluten Intolerance?

i have a gluten allergy and i have not bee true to my gluten free diet for the last few days. the last two days i have had runny poop that smells like raw old meat. it is accompanied by belly aches. it is also a pinkish brown color. dose it have something to do with my gluten problem or something else?

You have problem of diarrhea that one because of gluten food allergy. food allergy lead to this type of symptoms.
Avoid gluten foods. Consult a gastroenterologist for further diagnosis.
Do a complete blood cell count and microscopic examination for further diagnosis.
Stool examination test is helpful to detect any infection present or not..
