Understanding your concern. As per your query you have loose stools while on Mesacol and Dexorange. Well the symptoms you mention in query can occur due to certain reasons like gastritis , IBS , food intolerance , but in your case it seems to me that the symptoms are probably due to Mesacol or Dexorange as their side effects . As both the drugs known to cause diarrhea . I would suggest you to consult doctor who prescribe these medicines and discuss the condition . Doctor may alter the dose or prescribe substitute . Doctor may also refer you to gastroenterologist for gastric reasons . For now eat probiotic food like yogurt.
Hope your concern has been resolved.
Get Well Soon.
Best Wishes, Dr. Harry Maheshwari
