What Causes Loss In Appetite And Skin Like Stuff In Bowels?

I have lost 21 lbs in the last 4 months. when I start to eat I feel full after I eat 3 bites. my stomach starts rolling after I eat. I just empty my bowls and both times there is parts of some thinf came out of me. it has rough looking skin. 2 was one and the other about 1/2 ihave felt sick at y stomach for awhile. please tell me what it could be.. thanks
