What Causes Loss Of Appetite, Abdominal Pain And Bloating?
full feeling last two weeks, can t eat much at all, now even a few sips of water makes me feel full. stomach hurts took magnesium citrate 3-4 days ago and had a loose bowel movement 12-16 hours later, followed by small loose bowel movements the next two days now no more bowel movement just gas and pain in abdomen and can t eat no nausea or vomiting

You should go to the ER. It could be small bowel obstruction and this may require urgent surgery. Not to worry you, but you should be examined by a physician immediately.
