I sleep probably 10 hours a night with an hour to Two hour nap during the day. I m constantly getting new bruises and I rarely leave the bed so idk where they re coming from??? I m always freezing! Welcome to healthcaremagic.com. Sorry about your current situation. I have two things that come to mind when I read your symptoms. 1. I suspect that you may have hypothyroidism and or 2. Adrenal insufficiency.
The best way is to have a doctor visit to check your blood work. They are both treatable with medication but it is better to have a workup done as we are just going on presumptions here. I hope this answers your question. Good luck.
