What Causes Loss Of Appetite And Vomiting Sensation While Having High AST Level?

My daughter is 5.5 years old.She has a problem of loss of appetite.At times she stops taking food completely.Around 3 years before she had suffered from chronic jaundice.She feels like vomiting even when she takes the first bite.She has this problem from the very beginning.I had undertaken her blood test yesterday and the AST level is reported as 46 which is a quite high figure.Her weight is 15 KG.I has taken her to a Gastroentrologist.He referred for ultrasound and the report came normal.She complains pain in her stomach when she takes food.I am much worried.Please help me.

I really appreciate your concern, if no abnormality is detected the it is nothing to worry, second if the child is playful then also it is nothing to worry as long as the food intake is concern, child eats according to needs but most of the time parents feels that child is not eating properly and losing the weight, hope this information helps.
