What Causes Loss Of Balance And Tinnitus After A Walk?
Hello! Welcome and thank you for asking on HCM! I understand your concern and would like to explain that your symptoms could be related to dehydration and orthostatic hypotension. The fact that you felt thirsty and the ringing in your ears could be another argument in favor of dehydration. I would recommend you to closely monitor your blood pressure in the next days and take plenty of water. Hope you will find this answer helpful! Kind regards, Dr. Iliri
