What Causes Loss Of Circulation With White Color In Fingertips?

what type of medical condition am I looking at when the ends of my fingers on the left hand loose circulation randomly. Usually just one finger at a time for a short period. They are white and cold (no blood flow) but no real nerve pain. Thankyou for your help.
