I am diagnosed with pcod. My gynae said to me to lose weight, although m not that much healthy. Volume of right ovary was found to be 43.5cc and left ovary it is 10.66cc. What should i do? My periods are not regular without medicine. She now prescribed me sysron-N. I am facing hair loss problem. Facial hairs are there and even some hairs on my breast too. Please suggest some daily routine so that i will come to a normal situations.
