What Causes Loss Of Memory At The Age Of 62?

My uncle is very ill he is 62 years old nd his height is 5-10 he have some memory loss problem since last 2 years he doesnot remember names untill we tell him he remember his old days bt donot remember what had happened in last 2 years... Can u please recommend any specific doctor for this disease? And whom we basically have to concern either he is a neurologist or neurosurgeon
